For most commercial claims, contact us first. We’ll manage the notification and the process on your behalf. For motor claims, it’s often quicker to contact your insurer directly as they have dedicated motor claims teams — but let us know so we can stay across it and step in where needed.
This depends on the type of claim, but as a rule, the insurer will need details of what happened, when, and any supporting documents such as invoices, contracts, photographs, or police reports. Gathering this information can feel overwhelming when you’re dealing with a loss, which is exactly why we’re here to help you pull it together.
If your business suffers a significant loss, the claims process can be complex and time-consuming. We’ll work alongside you to collate the documents the insurer needs and, where appropriate, arrange for an independent Loss Adjuster to act on your behalf. Our priority is getting your business back on its feet as quickly as possible.
