Commercial Insurance Account Executive
- Salary – £50,000 – £75,000
- Location – Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire
- Full-time/Permanent
We’re Amethyst Insurance, straight-talking, fast-growing, and shaking up the insurance space. We’re on the lookout for a confident, experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive who knows the market, understands clients, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

What you’ll be doing
- Spotting new business opportunities and making them happen
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and working with account managers
- Giving clear, honest advice across all areas of business insurance
- Supporting clients with MTAs, claims, renewals, and day-to-day needs
- Hitting (and smashing) targets without compromising on service
- Staying on top of compliance and keeping client data safe
What we’re looking for
- Solid experience in commercial insurance (broking background preferred)
- A strong sales record and an eye for growth
- Someone who’s driven, switched-on, and ready to grow with us
- A clear communicator – written, verbal, and face-to-face
- Happy working independently, but knows when to collaborate
- Bonus points if you’ve got your own book or niche, but not essential
